I am pleased to inform you that the renowned Biennial Festival of Goddess Sri Sri Sri Maa Budhi Santani Thakurani Yatra 2025 of Brahmapur town will be held this year. As part of the preliminary rituals, the ceremonial planting of the “Subha Khunti” will take place at a designated spot near Peetam House on Desibehera Street, Brahmapur.
Following the ancient customs and traditions passed down through generations, our Traditional Sidhanti has determined that the auspicious date and time for the planting of the “Subha Khunti” is on 12th March 2025 (Wednesday), between 9:30 PM and 2:30 AM (intervening night). As the Organizer and Desibehera of this sacred Biennial Festival, I will be overseeing the proceedings.
